Please note:
speakers or poster presenters must register and pay their registration fee before March 26, 2012, otherwise the contribution will be taken out from the Conference program.

The registration fee for regular participants and full-time students* covers:

  1. Conference participation
  2. Booklet of abstracts in electronic format
  3. Three lunches
  4. Coffee breaks
  5. Reception on June 17
  6. Guided day trip to Jerusalem (including snack meal “on the go”) and Conference dinner there on June 20

The registration fee for the accompanying persons will cover the reception on June 17, day trip to Jerusalem and the Conference dinner, both on June 20.

Cancellation policy

  • A request for cancellation must be made in writing.
  • In the case of cancellation, requests received before June 1 will be refunded less the administrative charge.
  • An administrative charge of $40 will be made for processing refunds before May 15, 2012.
  • An administrative charge of $70 will be made for processing refunds between May 16, 2012 and June 1, 2012.
  • No refund will be available if notice of cancellation is received after June 1, 2012.
